成功的定義﹖﹗
今晚是家庭電影欣賞會
原本要到一個朋友家聚餐開Party,算是新年聚餐吧!
無奈朋友夫人手腕受傷﹐不能舉重物﹐臨時取消
通常週末孩子們眼貼著電腦一整天﹐或玩 WII Sports/Game
美其名說是運動,其實啊,多在玩電動玩具啦!
LG 租了一片電影﹐就打發了晚上的時間

晚飯後﹐就手癢﹐想來烤個蘋果蛋糕
甜點一向是我的弱點﹐因為真的在咱家裡沒銷路

把用品擺齊全了﹐排個照﹐下次一目了然
光看單照嘛﹐鐵定說好成功
讓大家看看分解﹐實在粉醜
後來翻食譜仔細閱讀一遍才知道原因是‘心急'唄﹐怪誰咧﹖
剛烤好的蛋糕應該等個20分鐘的﹐再倒扣的
因為烤吐司是得馬上脫模﹐放了涼的

嘻嘻﹐其實家裡人分享﹐就不計較賣相好壞或露餡兒與否了
切一片來嚐﹐還是甜了一點兒﹐原本食譜還淋有Caramel的﹐可不可怕呀,偶決定給省了
孩子們問﹐耶﹖怎沒Sauce (淋焦糖甜漿)﹖
說﹕不加了﹐太甜省了

Moist Caramel Apple Cake
Prep: 15 min
Total: 1 hour 35 min

1 Pkg (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
1 pkg (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla or French Vanilla Instant Pudding&
Pie Filling
1 cup water
4 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 Granny Smith apples, peeled, coarsely chopped
20 Kroft Caramels, unwrapped
¼ cup milk

PREHEAT oven to 350ºF, Grease and flour a 12-cup fluted bundt pan or a 10-inch tube pan. Beat cake mix, dry pudding mix, water, eggs and oil in large bowl with eclectic mixer on low speed until blended. Beat on height speed 2 minutes. Gently stir in apples. Pour into prepared pan.

BAKE 50 minutes to 1 hour of until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 20 minutes: remove from pan. Cool completely on wire rack.

MICROWAVE caramels and milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 ½ minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until blended. Cool 10 minutes until slightly thickened. Drizzle over cake. Make 16 servings.
